Fredericton Animal Hospital was opened in June 2012 by Dr. Ali Crandlemire-Reid. Ali’s goal was to open a modern practice focused on providing leading edge medicine, excellent client service, and educating clients about their pet’s health. In three years, Fredericton Animal Hospital has grown to 12 staff and 3 veterinarians. 

 

We offer full service medicine, traditional and minimally invasive surgery, dentistry, massage, acupuncture and dietary consulting. We are accredited members of the American Animal Hospital Association, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, the New Brunswick Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. 

We work closely with the Fredericton SPCA, Oromocto SPCA, and Cat Rescue Maritimes (Fredericton and Charlotte County) to provide services to pets under their care. Our staff visit the Fredericton SPCA on a regular basis to examine patients and provide training to shelter staff. Dr. Crandlemire-Reid is the consulting veterinarian to the Fredericton SPCA and sits on its board of directors.
